A small bakery with bread crates and a delivery van

Your day today

  • Unsold bread comes back every morning. Who keeps count?

Count what came back at each shop and bill only what sold. Wastage is written off at cost.

  • Some shops run short while others send bread back.

See each shop's sales and returns visit by visit, then load the van to match.

  • At day end, cash and returns never tally.

Every return and every payment is written against the shop and the sales staff who handled it.

Questions

What happens to stale bread that comes back?

It is written off as wastage at cost, against the shop it came from. Good stock goes back to your stock.

Some shops buy outright, some keep bread on return. Can I do both?

Yes. Choose for each sale. Both work in the same app.

I sell bread, bun, rusk and cake. Do they all fit?

Yes. Add each product with its own pack size and price, in packets, trays or crates.

Bread goes out in crates and loose packets. Can I count both?

Yes. Set the crate size once. Count crates and loose packets together, and stock updates in both.

Stop guessing how much bread came back.

No hard sell. If it doesn't fit, we'll say so.
