Privacy notice
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Who we are
This website is run by Dizflow ("we", "us"). We decide how the personal data you share through this website is used, so we are responsible for it.
This notice covers this website only, mainly the Book a demo, Reseller and Contact forms. Use of the Dizflow app is covered by its own privacy notice.
What we collect
Book a demo: your name, country, mobile number, email, business name and, if you choose, how you work.
Reseller application: your name, country, mobile number, email and, if you choose, whether you sell other software today.
Contact form: your name, mobile number and your message.
With a form, we also receive: the page you first landed on, the website that sent you, any campaign tags in the link (UTM tags) and the page whose button brought you to the form. Your browser holds these only for the current tab and clears them when you close it. They reach us only if you send a form.
When you visit, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to run and secure the website.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The only thing it keeps in your browser is the short note about how you arrived (listed above), held in the current tab and cleared when you close it. Our fonts are served from our own website, not from a third party.
If we ever add analytics or cookies, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
To reply to your request: to arrange the demo, review your reseller application or answer your message. We do this because you asked us to (steps before a possible contract).
To understand which pages bring enquiries, so we can improve the website. We do this in our legitimate interest, using only the page and link details listed above.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it for anything you did not ask for. We make no automated decisions about you.
Your consent
We use your form details only after you tick the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by sending us a message from the Contact page. We will then stop contacting you and delete your details, unless a law requires us to keep them.
Who can see it
Only the Dizflow team handling your request, and service providers who store enquiries, host this website or send email for us. They act only on our instructions and must keep your data confidential and secure.
We may share data if a law, court or public authority requires it.
Data sent to other countries
Our team is in India, and our service providers may store data in other countries. When your data leaves your country, we use the safeguards your law requires, such as standard contractual clauses, so it stays protected to the same level.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a customer or reseller, your details move to that agreement and its own notice. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
Keeping it safe
This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only people who need enquiry details can access them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will tell you and the authorities about a breach when the law requires it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to: tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy; correct it; delete it; stop or limit how we use it; send it to you or another company in a common format; and withdraw your consent. Send us a message from the Contact page. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. We would like the chance to fix the problem first.
Notes for your region
European Union, EEA and UK: you have the rights above under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object to use based on our legitimate interest, and to complain to your local supervisory authority.
India: under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules, we rely on your consent. You can raise a grievance with us through the Contact page, and if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India. You can also nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or are unable to act.
United States: we do not sell or share personal data for targeted advertising. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, can use the rights above, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia: we handle your data in line with each country's Personal Data Protection Law, including your rights above.
Brazil: you have the rights in the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), including the rights above. We reply to requests within 15 days.
Anywhere else: we honour the same rights.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we will make it clear on the website before it applies.
